Order processing & sourcing
Ventus performance parts — controllers, motors and batteries — are not held in stock in Dubai. Each order is placed directly with the manufacturer and shipped to you. This made-to-order model is what lets us guarantee genuine VTB parts at competitive prices.
Estimated delivery times
- Parts & components (controllers, motors, wheels, lights, accessories): approximately 1–2 weeks.
- Batteries: approximately 2–3 weeks (larger, more regulated shipments take a little longer).
- In-stock items (bikes and select accessories held locally in Dubai): dispatched within 1–3 business days.
